A Natural Sand Lagoon, Built for Your Property
We don’t build a cost center. We build a rate-setting amenity, sized to your property, a 60-room resort, a campground, or a 50-to-200-home community, starting from a 5,000 square foot footprint: the amenity guests photograph, post, and come back for, and one a competitor cannot copy overnight.

Whatever Your Property Is, Here Is What a Lagoon Does for It
Find your property type below and see the case we would build for you.

Resorts & Boutique Hotels
A natural sand lagoon is the amenity your guests photograph and post without being asked, and the one they mention when they tell a friend where to stay. It sets you apart from every property nearby with a standard pool, and because it is permanently installed, a competitor who notices it after you open cannot match it for months. European resort and hospitality clients have used a lagoon to lift their guest rating and their nightly rate without losing occupancy, a case we walk through further down this page.

Campgrounds, RV Parks & Glamping
A lagoon becomes your park's signature photo, the shot that shows up in every booking listing and review, and the reason a family books the site next to it instead of driving on to the next park. It supports a higher nightly rate on the sites around it and brings families back season after season. Upkeep is built for a small operation with no dedicated maintenance staff: a weekly filter rinse with reusable filters (we provide two sets so one is always ready), well below what a chlorinated commercial pool demands. See the full routine on how we build.

Developers & Communities
A shared lagoon gives a development the kind of signature amenity that justifies a lot premium and moves a pre-sale conversation forward, something a standard clubhouse pool rarely does. We build at a scale suited to a community of 50 to 200 homes, not a master-planned community of 10,000, with real experience designing for collective and group use. It is the shared centerpiece residents will actually gather around.
For your developmentWhat our European operators have seen
Average Google rating lift
Nightly rate, without an occupancy hit
These are results our commercial clients in Europe have experienced, not a promise we are making about your property. We would build your business case together, using your numbers, rather than hand you a US figure we have not yet measured.
The Rules Vary by State. We Guide You Through Them.
Any commercial lagoon has to meet state health codes, local permits, HOA rules, guest limits, and safety requirements, and every one of those is different from one state or town to the next. We won’t promise you how a specific rule will play out where you build, because we would only be guessing. Instead, we work through the permitting and health-code questions with you, for your exact location, before you commit to anything. What we can promise you anywhere is the lagoon itself:
It is the safest way in and out of the water that we build, whether it fronts a resort pool deck, a campground beach, or a shared community amenity.

A Real, Proven Product at Collective Scale
Our largest model, the Calanque, is built for collective and professional use, from 120 square meters of water surface. Across our work worldwide, we have built camping, communal, and multi-zone lagoons for group use, so a developer or operator is not our first attempt at this scale.
Scale
Commercial builds typically run from 5,000 up to roughly 20,000 square feet depending on your guest count and use. Our three model tiers, Anse, Crique, and Calanque, let us size the lagoon to your land and your throughput.
Footprint
The minimum footprint is 5,000 square feet on at least half an acre of land, with no fixed upper limit beyond what your property can hold.
Timeline
Across our projects worldwide, a lagoon can be ready for its first swim in as little as 3 weeks, with most commercial builds completed in 3 to 12 weeks. A rival who sees yours after you open cannot open one of their own for months.
